Jack Moore's Legendary VideoHeads, Amsterdam -1971:


The Core Group of the VideoHeads 1971:
There were many other important VideoHead alumni, transients, nomadics, facilitators, and extended family members.
This photograph was taken in 1971/'72 for publicity purposes of what was at that time the operational members.

Jack Moore, Founder/Director of VideoHeads -1972: This is an enlargement from a group photograph taken of the VideoHeads Theatre Troupe (see below), that performed for the VideoHeads multimedia theatre piece commissioned for the 1972 Munich Olympic Games Arts Festival. The VideoHeads Multimedia Arts Lab & Theatre was still located at the Melkweg Arts Center in Amsterdam.

This picture was taken in front of the Melkweg Center ("Melk-veg" in Dutch, "Milky Way" in English.), in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Holland). The VideoHeads Multimedia Arts Lab & Theatre was located on the top floor of the Milkweg.

Again, it would be nice to have a name directory for everyone in this picture.
I believe that Jack is the only core VideoHead in this photo (see detail above), However, they are all VideoHeads.


Milkweg Group Photo -1971: It would be nice to have a name directory for everyone in this picture. I only see two VideoHeads in this photo: Terry Doherty (wearing the cap, upper left (Tutty setting below him)), and Gijs van den Ende (wearing the cap, far right).
